Truro College has limited student accommodation at its Tregye site for which
priority is given to first year undergraduate students from outside Cornwall.

The rooms are a mixture of single and double, all of which are self-catering. Unfortunately because of the limited amount of College owned accommodation it is not possible to place all students who request a room.

To supplement this accommodation we hold information on a range of private
rented accommodation available from local landlords. This accommodation may take the form of your own room within a landlord’s home, either on a catered or a self-catered basis, or may be a shared house. We can provide a list of this accommodation but it is important to note that none of the properties have been inspected by the College and students are therefore expected to agree their own contract with landlords.

Truro College is engaged in negotiations to provide purpose built new student accommodation, which might possibly be available from September 2008. These halls of residence will be built close to the main campus and will probably offer en suite, single study bedrooms with shared self catering facilities complete with full internet access.
